Finishing Products

Within the Finishing area we include a large variety of Surface Conditioning products that are used to create scratch patterns or light metal removal. If you’re looking for Flap Wheels, Surface Conditioning and Non-Woven Flap Wheels, Rolls and Discs or Deburring Wheels. (Comparable to 3M Scotch-Brite)

Deburring-Wheels

Deburring Wheels

Many shapes of deburring wheels are used in the metal removal industry. Deburring wheels allow for soft removal of saw cut edges where a burr is left as well as internal shapes that need further cleaning with a mild abrasive. Many applications include aerospace and automotive part cleaning.

Surface Conditioning Belts

Non-woven surface conditioning belts are abrasive tools designed for tasks like cleaning, deburring, blending, and finishing surfaces. They consist of non-woven material impregnated with abrasive grain. These belts are commonly used in industries like metalworking, aerospace, and automotive to enhance surface quality without damaging the base material.

Non-Woven Flap Wheels

Non-Woven Hand Pads

Non-woven hand pads are flexible abrasive pads made from synthetic nylon fibers embedded with abrasive grains. They are used for manual surface preparation tasks such as cleaning, deburring, polishing, and finishing. These pads are excellent for removing rust, paint, and surface contaminants, as well as for blending scratches and preparing surfaces for coating.

Non-Woven Flap wheels

Non-woven flap wheels, interleaf flap wheels, and flap rolls are versatile abrasive tools designed for surface preparation and finishing tasks.

  • Non-woven flap wheels: Come in a variate of configuration and sizes, mounted and unmounted, to say a few. These wheels are used for cleaning surfaces, deburring, and finishing metal surfaces. They conform to irregular shapes and provide a consistent finish without altering the workpiece.
  • Interleaf flap wheels: These combine alternating flaps of non-woven material and coated abrasive sheets. They are ideal for blending and finishing surfaces where a more aggressive cut is needed, followed by a smooth brushed finish.
  • Flap rolls: Come in both non-woven and interleaf and attach to a burnishing tool or  grinder. These rolls/drums are either attached with 5/8-11 thread or keyway to the tool.
