Sanding Belts

Trusted by both professionals and rental users, our drum sander belts are available in the most common sizes and materials:

  • 8″ × 19″ belts — Compatible with EZ-8®, Clarke®, American Sanders®, and KT Scorpion® machines
  • 7-7/8″ × 29-1/2″ belts — Fit Lagler Hummel®, Galaxy®, Prosand®, and other large drum sanders

Available materials:

  • Silicon Carbide – Aggressive and fast-cutting; ideal for initial cuts, raw wood prep, and varnish removal
  • Zirconia & Ceramic – Long-lasting, self-sharpening grains; perfect for heavy-duty hardwood refinishing

Rolls

Rolls

Sanding rolls are available in endless widths and used in a variety of applications. Common to the floor sanding industry 7-7/8″ Rolls and 11-7/8″ paper and paper rolls are available in 5m – 25m lengths. These rolls are available in silicone carbide designed to cut urethane finishes.

Sheets

We carry both drum sander sheets and vibratory sander sheets, each tailored for specific machines:

  • CP136 Notched Sheets – Used on drum sanders with clip systems
  • CP152 Notched Sheets – Used on drum sanders with clip systems
  • 12″ × 18″ and 14″ × 20″ PSA Sheets – Designed for vibratory (square buff) sanders with pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) backing to stick to a pad driver or backing plate
    • Fits Clarke® Square Buff, American Sanders®, Essex® Silver-Line, Orbitec®, and Square Scrub® machines

Floor Sanding Pads

Our floor machine pads (for buffers, burnishers, and vibratory sanders) are made of durable nylon fibers in various grades. These serve dual purposes:

  1. Used alone for cleaning, buffing, polishing, or stripping floors
  2. Used as a cushion between the sanding screen or abrasive sheet and the machine’s driver pad — allowing abrasives to contour to floor variations, especially on decks or uneven hardwood

Pad stiffness by color (from stiffest to softest):

  • Black – Aggressive, heavy-duty pad for wet stripping performance. Quickly cuts through old finish, dirt and build-up. High resiliency helps to conform to uneven floors.
  • Green – Heavy-duty deep scrubbing pad is ideal for scrub and recoat applications. Removes worn or damaged floor finish. Ideal for square sheet sanding of decks and patios.
  • Red– A conventional, multi-purpose pad for wet and dry buffing and daily cleaning. Quickly cleans and removes scuff marks and enhances floor appearance.
  • White – A non-agressive pad for polishing a clean, dry floor. They can be used on any surface, but are not designed for high speed applications. Also used for screen sanding.

    Discs

    15″, 16″, 17″ Discs (2″ center hole) – Designed for use with orbital floor maintainers. The 2″ center hole includes a slotted surround to secure the disc with the machine’s retention nut.

    7″ × 7/8″ Edger Discs – Used with edge sanders to reach close to baseboards and corners where larger machines can’t reach. Includes a 7/8″ slotted center for mounting.

    Sanding Screen

    Available in 15″, 16″, 17″, 18″, 20″ circles and rectangle sheets, our sanding screens feature an open mesh design that reduces clogging by allowing dust to escape.

    • Coated with sharp Silicon Carbide grain
    • Double-sided use for extended life
    • Grits from 60 to 220
    • Ideal for refinishing, between coats of polyurethane, or use for surface prep without requiring a full sanding down.
