Our 8″ Green Airway Buffing Wheels are designed as a medium cut & finish buff, offering a balanced level of cutting with improved finishing capability. Positioned between purple cut-and-finish buffs and soft white finishing buffs, this wheel is ideal when controlled material removal and surface refinement are both required. Constructed from cotton mounted to a 3″ steel center ring, the airway design creates pleats in the buffing surface, allowing the wheel to run cooler and deliver a non-directional cutting action compared to stitched or sewn buffs.

The pleated airway construction helps avoid the linear lines commonly left by stitched buffs, producing a smoother, more uniform surface. Made from mill-treated green cotton, this wheel provides consistent performance for blending, refining, and preparing surfaces for final finishing.
