Our 8″ Pink Airway Buffing Wheels are designed as a cut buff, offering controlled cutting action that sits between aggressive yellow buffs and softer finishing buffs. Constructed from cotton mounted to a 3″ steel center ring, the airway design creates pleats in the buffing surface, allowing the wheel to run cooler and deliver a non-directional cutting action compared to stitched or sewn buffs.

The pleated airway construction helps avoid the linear lines often left by stitched buffs, producing a more uniform surface. Made from mill-treated pink cotton, this wheel provides increased stiffness and durability while maintaining better control than a full heavy-cut buff, making it ideal for intermediate cutting and surface refinement.
